A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing between you and Cloud Wind Tri Arrows.

3. Shipper Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions and any hazardous material declarations.
  • Ensure goods are packaged appropriately for the mode of transport booked.
  • Supply all documentation required for customs clearance where applicable.

4. Liability

Our liability for loss, damage or delay to cargo is governed by the applicable carriage terms for the transport mode used (road, air, or ocean) and any signed service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable according to the terms agreed at booking. Late payment may result in storage or demurrage charges being passed on, and may affect the release of goods.

6. Intellectual Property
